These Terms and Conditions govern your use of c2c-roofing.com and the services of C2C Restoration LLC, doing business as C2C Roofing and Restoration. By contacting us, requesting an estimate, or opting in to text messages, you agree to the terms below.

SMS Messaging Program

1. These phone numbers will be used to respond to prospective customers' requests for services from C2C Restoration LLC (DBA C2C Roofing and Restoration) or to proceed with the next steps in scheduling their roofing projects once they have agreed to a quote. We only send text messages to contacts who have expressly opted-in to receiving text messages from us. 2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@c2crestore.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Estimates and Services

Estimates are provided based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection. Final scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in a written agreement. Work proceeds only after you approve it.
